🌟 National Apprenticeship Week 🌟
We have been celebrating National Apprenticeship week at Cedar Lawn, and all the hard work our apprentices have been putting into their studies – combining learning, with practical on the job training, helping to develop staff skills, and increase knowledge to support residents. We currently have staff completing apprenticeships in Care, HR and Senior Leadership.
